Ombra processes your files and text on your device. The website serves the tools. Your browser does the work.
No tracking
There are no accounts, analytics, advertising scripts, cookies, or remote conversion services. We don’t save your inputs in browser storage. Reloading or leaving a tool clears its working state.
You can check
Open your browser’s Network panel while running a tool. You’ll see static website assets loading, and no input uploads. The site’s security policy blocks application network connections.
What the hosting provider sees
Vercel delivers the static website. As with any website host, it may receive ordinary visit information, such as your IP address, the page requested, and browser information. Tool inputs and generated outputs are never part of those requests.
What stays on your device
Files and text stay in the current page’s memory until you reset the tool, reload, or leave. Saving a result creates a local download; copying a result puts it on your clipboard. Your operating system, browser extensions, and clipboard services may have their own settings.
Practical limits
Your device’s memory determines how much it can process. A local size safeguard helps prevent the tab from crashing; it is not a daily quota. PDF tools support unencrypted documents. Image tools support PNG, JPG, and WebP. Digital signatures and interactive PDF forms may not survive page copying; keep your original documents.
